Job Description: Advanced Sportswear is seeking a dynamic and
customer-focused Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team at our Newport
location. As a Retail Associate, you will play a key role in providing
exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and contributing
to the overall success of our retail operations.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer assistance with product selection.

Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately using POS system. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision and integrity.

Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times. Restock merchandise on shelves and participate in inventory management tasks as needed.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions. Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitors' offerings.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store
goals and objectives. Communicate effectively with colleagues and
management to address customer concerns and operational issues.

Qualifications:

Previous retail experience preferred but not required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible availability to work afternoons and Saturday mornings.

Job Title: Production Engraver

Position Type: Part-time with flexible benefits

Overview: Advanced Sportswear is a leading provider of custom apparel, accessories, and merchandise. We are seeking a skilled Production Engraver to join our team at our Newport location. The Production Engraver will be responsible for operating an Epilog Laser to engrave a variety of items including tumblers, custom patches, cutting boards, leather items, and more. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to pick shifts
based on order volume.

Responsibilities:

Operate Epilog Laser equipment to engrave various materials according to customer specifications.

Set up and prepare materials for engraving, ensuring accuracy and quality of finished products.

Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal engraving quality.

Assist in maintaining inventory of materials and supplies required for engraving
operations.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Work closely with team members to prioritize and fulfill engraving orders in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Previous experience with laser engraving equipment preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality control.

Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing order volumes and scheduling needs.

Basic computer skills for operating engraving software and maintaining digital records.
